Mate/Engineer, 30m performance S/Y

Hello Sailor are looking for a mate/engineer

30m dual season private performance S/Y

Start date and location: Either on April 20th in the Caribbean, or mid May in Palma

Itinerary: Med/Caribbean, including participation in a couple of regattas each year

Qualifications needed: YM Offshore and AEC2, although excellent candidates with just AEC1 will be considered

Skills needed: Must be a very strong sailor with excellent deck operations skills and a good knowledge of yacht engineering. Electrical knowledge would be beneficial

Experience needed: Minimum 3 years working on S/Ys, including experience on similar size performance S/Ys and ideally racing experience. A strong sailing background is preferred

This amazing high performance sailing yacht is looking for a mate/engineer to join the fun, friendly crew of 4. This role would suit a passionate sailor, with good existing sailing yacht experience and a good knowledge of mechanical and electrical yacht engineering. For experienced candidates, there is the possibility of this becoming a rotational captain position.
