Hello Sailor are looking for a chief mate

40m dual season charter S/Y

Start date and location: ASAP, in the UK

Itinerary: Crossing to the Caribbean and completing a season there, including 2 regattas. 2027 plans are yet to be decided

Qualifications needed: Minimum YM Offshore, ideally YM Ocean or OOW

Skills needed: Must be a self starter with great sailing, paperwork and organisational skills, and a flexible personality

Experience needed: A couple of years on a large S/Y in a similar role
