Hello Sailor are looking for a chief stewardess

65m+ dual season charter S/Y

Start date and location: 10th January 2026, in the Caribbean

Itinerary: Caribbean winter, Mediterranean summer, possibility for more off the beaten track cruising

Qualifications needed: Must have the PDSD and Food Hygiene Level 2 certifications, with further service or spa qualifications advantageous

Skills needed: Must be a very strong chief stewardess with excellent organisational, management and service skills. Massage/spa skills would be a bonus.

Experience needed: Minimum 5 years on yachts, including at least 2 years on 60m+ vessels. Sailing yacht experience would be advantageous, as would a background in luxury hospitality. Must have proven longevity in prior roles.

Details:

This impressive large S/Y is looking for a very experienced and organised chief stewardess to run the interior. There are 2 junior stews onboard, and a remote interior manager. With a very busy schedule of owner trips and charters, the chief stew must be able to hit the ground running and must have excellent service skills and a very good eye for detail. This is an amazing opportunity to join a prestigious sailing yacht with a great team onboard.
