35m private performance S/Y

Start date and location: Late February 2026, in Palma de Mallorca

Itinerary: Single season, cruising the Med during summers and racing in 1-2 regattas, and Palma based during winters

Qualifications needed: Minimum YM Offshore

Skills needed: Must be a very strong sailor with excellent management, organisational, tender driving and deck cleaning/maintenance skills

Experience needed: Must have 3-4 years industry experience, including experience on similar sized performance S/Ys

This impressive 35m performance sailing yacht is looking for a first mate to join the crew of 6. The ideal candidate will be a very strong sailor with plenty of sailing yacht experience, and excellent seamanship skills. This is a great opportunity to join a Palma based sailing yacht with a fun, tight knit crew onboard.
