Hello Sailor are looking for a first mate

39m new build performance sailing yacht

Start date and location: ASAP, in Scandinavia

Itinerary: Shipyard, Med season, winter in Palma, and then world cruising

Qualifications needed: Minimum YM Offshore

Skills needed: Must be a very strong sailor with excellent deck ops, management and organisational abilities

Experience needed: Must come from a strong sailing background, with experience on a similar size S/Y in a similar position, and minimum 2.5 years experience on S/Ys. New build experience would be advantageous.

This new build performance S/Y is looking for an experienced mate to join the crew of 6. The ideal candidate will be active and sporty, with an upbeat personality and experience in a similar position. There are exciting future plans for worldwide cruising and a charter program, and a good package on offer for the right person.
