Hello Sailor are looking for a first mate
45m+ dual season private S/Y
Start date and location: In the next few weeks, either in Palma or the Caribbean
Itinerary: Caribbean for the winter then maybe the US, Ireland, Scotland and back to the Med
Qualifications needed: The mate should have most or all of their OOW modules completed, including Nav and Radar, though excellent candidates with minimum YM Offshore will be considered. Must hold a B1/B2 visa
Skills needed: The mate must have strong sailing, deck ops, crew management, passagemaking and organisational skills
Experience needed: Minimum 4 years on deck, including large S/Ys, including experience in a similar position. Must have experience with large rigs

This amazing newly refitted sailing yacht is looking for an experienced and friendly first mate to join the crew of 8, and manage the deck/stew and deck/eng. The ideal candidate will have excellent sailing skills, plenty of large S/Y experience and a mature, calm and organised personality. This is an amazing opportunity to join a prestigious sailing yacht with a busy private program. There is a generous salary and leave package on offer for the right candidate.
