45m dual season private S/Y

Itinerary: Departing Florida for a Caribbean season, then back to the East Coast for summer 2026

Qualifications needed: Must have a B1/B2 visa and minimum YM Offshore. Ideally candidates will be working towards the OOW

Skills needed: Must have great sailing, tender driving, maintenance and management skills

Experience needed: Minimum 3 years on S/Ys, with a sailing background advantageous

This dual season private S/Y is looking for a first mate with experience and B1/B2 visa in hand to join the crew of 7. The ideal candidate will be upbeat, good fun and a solid all-rounder on deck. There is also a deckhand onboard, so management skills are a must. This is a great opportunity to join a lovely, tight knit team who enjoy their jobs and get on really well.
