Captain couple, 23m charter S/Y

Hello Sailor are looking for a captain/chef or captain/deck couple

23m dual season charter S/Y

Start date and location: End of May, in the Med

Itinerary: Med/Caribbean, fairly busy with charters and owner trips

Qualifications needed: Captain must have YM Ocean, although candidates with YMOS and excellent offshore experience will be considered

Skills needed: The captain must be a very strong sailor with excellent organisational and guest interaction skills. The mate must be a strong sailor with good tender driving skills, or if a captain/chef couple, the chef must be a versatile, passionate cook who is also happy to help take care of the interior

Experience needed: Must have experience running similar size vessels as a couple team, and 2 years+ yachting experience, including S/Ys and ideally charters

Details:

This dual season charter S/Y is looking for a couple team to join at the start of the Med season. There are 3 crew onboard altogether, so the captain couple can be either a captain/chef or captain/deck team. The chef or deck/mate will take care of the interior along with the third crewmember. This is an excellent opportunity for a hard working, organised and charismatic couple team to join a dual season charter yacht.

Chef, rotational, 27m S/Y

Hello Sailor are looking for a chef

2/2 rotation

Open to chef/mate or chef/stew couples

27m private world cruising S/Y, liveaboard owners

Start date: End of May

Itinerary: Caribbean, USA, Greenland, Newfoundland, UK, Med, and onto the Pacific and a circumnavigation

Qualifications needed: B1/B2 visa holders are preferred, with any culinary qualifications advantageous

Skills needed: Must be able to produce consistently high level and varied cuisine for the 4 crew and a number of guests. Remote provisioning skills are a must

Experience needed: Minimum 2.5 years as a sailing yacht chef

Details:

This new private sailing yacht is looking for a hard working, versatile rotational chef with high level cooking and organisational skills to join the crew of 4. The ideal chef will have plenty of sailing yacht experience. The majority of the meals will be family style, with the chance to wow guests with plated meals when the owners have friends onboard. This is a demanding, busy role, but there is an amazing itinerary coming up and the liveaboard owners are very friendly and passionate about their yacht.
