Lightly chartered single season 35m S/Y

Start date and location: ASAP (latest July 5th) in Greece

Itinerary: Cruising the Med for summer, winter in Palma

Qualifications needed: Any culinary and/or sailing qualifications would be advantageous

Skills needed: Must be a confident chef with a wide repertoire and the ability to cater for different dietary requirements

Experience needed: The ideal candidate will come from a restaurant background and have 1-2 years minimum experience working on S/Ys

Details:

This impressive high performance sailing yacht is looking for a chef to join the crew of 6. The chef should have high level cookery skills and a passion for sailing, and yacht industry experience, with candidates coming from a restaurant background pre-yachting preferred. The chef should be able to provide healthy, Mediterranean style family style meals for the owners, but be able to turn it up and wow the guests during charters or when the owner’s friends come onboard. This is an amazing opportunity, especially for Palma based chefs, to join a great vessel, with a good package on offer for the right person.
