23m dual season charter S/Y

Start date and location: End of November in the Med, or early December in the Caribbean

Itinerary: Med / Caribbean, charter and owner trips

Qualifications needed: Any culinary or sailing qualifications would be advantageous

Skills needed: Must be a versatile and passionate cook who can cater to a range of dietary preferences and special diets. The chef should also be happy to run the interior, with the help of the deckhand, so existing housekeeping and service skills would be a bonus.

Experience needed: 1-2 seasons minimum on yachts. A restaurant and/or hospitality background would be advantageous.

Details:

This dual season charter S/Y is looking for a chef/stew to join in time for the Antigua Charter Show. The crew consists of captain, deckhand and chef/stew, with the deckhand also assisting in the interior. There is a good package on offer. This is a great opportunity for a hard working chef/stew with some existing yachting experience to join a dual season charter program.

35m high performance charter S/Y

Start date and location: Early-mid October, in Palma

Itinerary: Single season, cruising the Med in the summer with winters spent in Palma

Qualifications needed: Food Hygiene Level 2. Culinary training would be advantageous

Skills needed: Must be able to produce simple but delicious and healthy Mediterranean fare, and simple gluten free dishes. Sailing skills would be a real bonus

Experience needed: The ideal candidate will have sailing yacht experience and a restaurant background

This fantastic high performance S/Y is looking for a chef to join the crew of 6 at the end of the season. The ideal chef will have sailing yacht experience and be happy and able to assist on deck during sail hoists and drops. In terms of cookery, they should be a versatile, experienced yacht chef with experience catering for gluten free diets and a repertoire of healthy, Mediterranean style dishes.

Captain and chef couple, 35m+ charter S/Y

Hello Sailor are looking for a captain and chef couple

Dual season 35m+ charter S/Y

Start date and location: September, in the Med

Itinerary: Med summers, Caribbean winters. At least 4 weeks of charter booked for summer. This is a fairly busy charter yacht, which also cruises with the owner onboard

Qualifications needed: Captain must have minimum YM Ocean. Chef must have at least Food Hygiene Level 2, with any culinary qualifications valued.

Skills needed: The captain must be a strong sailor with great organisational, passage making and management skills. The chef needs to be very confident as the owners are real foodies.

Experience needed: The captain should have minimum 2 years as captain onboard 24m+ yachts

Details:

This well established charter yacht is seeking a captain and chef to join the crew of 6 (altogether) onboard. There is great longevity onboard this yacht, with the current couple having spent several years onboard. There is a great package on offer for the right couple. Please note this is only open to established romantic couples, as the captain and chef share a double bunk.
