Start date and location: November or December, in the Caribbean

Itinerary: Med/Caribbean, with a mix of owner trips and charters

Qualifications needed: Must have the Food Hygiene Level 2 cert, and a seaman’s discharge book

Skills needed: Must be a versatile and creative chef, with some interior knowledge. Sailing skills beneficial

Experience needed: Minimum 1 year working in a similar role. Land-based culinary, hospitality and/or sailing experience would be beneficial

Details:

This newly refitted 23m S/Y is looking for a cook/stew to join the captain and deck/stew onboard. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, an upbeat, hard working personality, and will be happy to run the interior alongside the deck/stew, as well as cooking for the guests and crew. This is a great opportunity to work onboard a fairly busy dual season yacht.

Captain couple, rotational, 27m S/Y

Rotational, roughly 2/2

Private 27m S/Y with Pacific itinerary

Start date and location: End of January 2027, in the Caribbean. This will most likely be a temporary rotational position until November 2027

Itinerary: Joining in the Caribbean then cruising the Pacific

Qualifications needed: The captain should have YM Ocean or Master 200, although excellent candidates with YMOS and strong ocean passage experience can be considered. Any culinary and/or sailing certifications held by the chef would be advantageous

Skills needed: The captain should be a strong sailor with excellent passagemaking, guest interaction, crew management and organisational skills, and the chef should be a high level sailing yacht chef with great remote provisioning skills and a high level of cooking abilities

Experience needed: Must have experience running a yacht together as a couple, and at least 3 years industry experience, including S/Ys

Start date and location: In the next few weeks, in Italy

Itinerary: Caribbean winter, then possibly heading to the States before a summer spent in the UK, Ireland and the Med

Qualifications needed: Any culinary qualifications, and a B1/B2 visa, would be beneficial

Skills needed: Must be an excellent all-round sailing yacht chef, with great galley organisation, provisioning, crew cookery and high level guest cookery abilities

Experience needed: Minimum 4 years on yachts, including S/Ys. Chefs from a restaurant background are preferred

27m private world cruising S/Y

Start date and location: October/November, in Spain

Itinerary: Heading to the Pacific in early 2027

Qualifications needed: Must have a seaman’s book. Cooking certifications from schools such as Ashburton would be beneficial

Skills needed: Must be able to prepare fresh, health conscious cuisine with a focus on gluten free and dairy free menus. Must be adaptable to guests requests and organised with provisioning and galley management. The chef should be happy to assist in other departments on occasion when required, and sailing skills would be a real bonus.

Experience needed: Minimum 1 season, ideally on S/Ys
