First mate, 22m classic S/Y

Hello Sailor are looking for a first mate

22m private classic yacht

Start date and location: Mid September (flexible for the right person), France

Itinerary: 2 regattas before the end of the season, winter in the South of France then the classic yacht regatta circuit during summer 2027

Qualifications needed: Minimum YM Offshore, and a driving license

Skills needed: Must be a strong sailor with excellent racing, passagemaking, maintenance, organisational and people management skills

Experience needed: Candidates with a strong sailing background and minimum 3 years on S/Ys, including classics, are preferred
