First mate, 27m S/Y

Hello Sailor are looking for a first mate

Private 27m modern classic S/Y

Start date and location: End of June, Palma or Villanova

Itinerary: Heading to the Baltic for summer, yard in Europe over winter, hopefully taking part in some regattas next winter and heading to the Caribbean for winter 2026/2027

Qualifications needed: YM Offshore minimum

Skills needed: Must be a strong sailor with great deck maintenance and cleaning abilities

Experience needed: The ideal mate would have some experience both as superyacht crew, and as a small yacht skipper

This gorgeous yacht is looking for a capable mate to join the friendly captain and chef/stew onboard. The first mate should be confident enough to step up and take control of the deck and the yacht when needed, so some experience as skipper is vital. A great chance to join a beautiful boat with an amazing itinerary and lovely owners and crew.
