Hello Sailor are looking for a chef/stew
23m dual season charter S/Y
Start date and location: End of November in the Med, or early December in the Caribbean
Itinerary: Med / Caribbean, charter and owner trips
Qualifications needed: Any culinary or sailing qualifications would be advantageous
Skills needed: Must be a versatile and passionate cook who can cater to a range of dietary preferences and special diets. The chef should also be happy to run the interior, with the help of the deckhand, so existing housekeeping and service skills would be a bonus.
Experience needed: 1-2 seasons minimum on yachts. A restaurant and/or hospitality background would be advantageous.
Details:
This dual season charter S/Y is looking for a chef/stew to join in time for the Antigua Charter Show. The crew consists of captain, deckhand and chef/stew, with the deckhand also assisting in the interior. There is a good package on offer. This is a great opportunity for a hard working chef/stew with some existing yachting experience to join a dual season charter program.
