Hello Sailor are looking for a lead deckhand

65m+ dual season mostly private S/Y

Start date and location: ASAP, in Palma

Itinerary: Med/Caribbean, busy private program with a few charters

Qualifications needed: YM Offshore

Skills needed: Must be a good sailor with excellent attention to detail and proficiency in deck operations and tender driving

Experience needed: Minimum 1-2 years on 45m+ yachts, including S/Ys

Details:

This prestigious large sailing yacht is looking for a lead deckhand to work on deck with the chief officer, bosun and the junior deckhand. This yacht has a busy, fast paced program and owners who place an emphasis on well presented crew members who are meticulous in their working style. This is an excellent for a large yacht deckhand to step into a busy dual season program and learn from some very experienced senior crew, whilst managing a deckhand themselves.
