Hello Sailor are looking for a first mate

25m high performance private sailing catamaran

Candidates in NZ/Pacific/Aus preferred

Start date and location: ASAP, Fiji

Itinerary: South Pacific

Qualifications needed: YM Offshore

Skills needed: Must be a strong sailor with excellent interpersonal, teamwork and maintenance skills, and a self-starter attitude

Experience needed: Must have 1-2 seasons minimum experience on performance S/Ys, and ideally performance catamaran experience

Details:

This amazing world cruising catamaran is looking for a first mate to join the crew of 3. This is initially a temporary position to cover sick leave, with the possibility of it becoming permanent. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, friendly and hard working, with performance S/Y experience and excellent sailing skills. This is a busy but rewarding position, with owners onboard for extended periods of time.
