Mate/Engineer, 30m private S/Y

Hello Sailor are looking for a mate/engineer

Open to mate/eng and chef/stew couples

30m private Palma based S/Y

Start date and location: In the next few weeks, Palma

Itinerary: Single season, cruising the Med for summer with usually just 2 guests onboard. Hopefully participating in a regatta

Qualifications needed: YMOS, with the AEC 1&2 advantageous

Skills needed: Must be a very strong sailor with great tender driving, deck operations and guest interaction skills, as well as a good grounding in sailing yacht engineering

Experience needed: Minimum 2.5 years on yachts, including similar sized performance S/Ys

Details:

This Palma based performance S/Y is looking for a confident, experienced mate/eng to join the team of 4 onboard. The ideal candidate will be looking for some responsibility, as they will be expected to cover for the captain on anchor when he is on holiday for a few days here and there. This is a great chance to join a lovely single season yacht.
