Start date and location: Early 2026, in the Caribbean

Itinerary: Caribbean winter, heading to either the Mediterranean or the East Coast of the USA for summer 2026

Qualifications needed: Any sailing or service certifications would be advantageous. Candidates with a B1/B2 visa or US passport preferred

Skills needed: Must be able to run all areas of the interior smoothly, with high level service skills a must. Sailing skills would be valued, but keen stews who are willing to learn the ropes will be considered. Kitesurfers, wingfoilers or people with an interest in learning these sports are preferred!

Experience needed: Must have at least 2 seasons experience working on S/Ys, with a hospitality and/or service background advantageous

As the rest of the crew are keen kiters, this position would really suit a kitesurfer. Start date and location: February 2026, South of France

Itinerary: The Mediterranean classic yacht regatta circuit, with some day sails in between regattas

Qualifications needed: Any sailing, culinary or interior qualifications would be valued

Skills needed: Must be a confident and organised stewardess, with the ability to cook basic crew meals. Sailing skills would be advantageous, though the captain is happy to teach candidates who are new to sailing and keen to learn

Experience needed: Minimum 1-2 seasons on yachts, with a hospitality, sailing and/or cooking background valued

This beautiful and historic classic yacht is looking for a keen, committed and versatile stew/crew cook to join the team for summer 2026. This is an exciting, varied role, and for a candidate with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, this will be an incredibly fun summer. The stew/crew cook will have the support of a deck/stew between regattas, and a shoreside stew during regattas, so they will be able to concentrate on taking care of the interior and light crew cooking.

Itinerary: Departing Florida for a Caribbean season, then back to the East Coast for summer 2026

Qualifications needed: Must have a B1/B2 visa. Interior and service qualifications would be a bonus

Skills needed: Must be a solid all rounder in the interior with excellent service, management, housekeeping and laundry skills

Experience needed: Minimum 3 years on S/Ys, with a hospitality background advantageous

The ideal candidate will be upbeat, good fun and a solid all-rounder in the interior. There is also a second stewardess onboard, so management skills are a must.
