Hello Sailor are looking for a captain and chef/stew/mate couple

20m+ new performance S/Y catamaran

Start date and location: Early October (flexible until early 2027) in France

Itinerary: Dual season, with a mix of owner trips, charters and racing, and world cruising on the cards

Qualifications needed: The captain should hold their YM Ocean

Skills needed: Both crew should be strong sailors, and the captain should have excellent sailing, passagemaking, engineering and maintenance skills. The chef/stew/mate should be a versatile all rounder with good organisational, cookery and interior skills.

Experience needed: Several years onboard S/Ys, including performance yachts and catamarans. Should have experience working as a couple team

This new build performance catamaran is looking for a captain couple team to join in autumn 2026. The ideal candidates will have plenty of performance sailing yacht experience, proven longevity and experience running yachts together as a couple team. Deck/Stew, 32m charter S/Y

Hello Sailor are looking for a deck/stew

32m dual season performance charter S/Y

Start date and location: October 1st, in Palma

Itinerary: Med/Caribbean, busy with a mix of charters and owner trips

Qualifications needed: Any sailing qualifications would be advantageous

Skills needed: Must be a strong sailor, with interior, tender driving and mainenance skills a bonus

Experience needed: Ideally 1 or 2 seasons experience, though green candidates with excellent sailing skills and experience would be considered

Details:

This busy charter yacht is looking for a deck/stew with strong sailing skills to join the crew of 5. This position is 100% on deck between trips, and a mix of interior and deck when guests are onboard. The ideal candidate will be hard working and enthusiastic, and come from a strong sailing background. Prior yachting experience would be advantageous, but green candidates will be considered. This is an amazing opportunity to join a fast paced program on a performance sailing yacht, and learn from a long term, experienced and friendly crew and captain.
