Temp chef, 55m+ charter S/Y

Hello Sailor are looking for a temporary chef

ASAP (early next week - 28th-30th July) until mid September

55m+ charter S/Y

Itinerary: Cruising Italy and the Balearics, including 1 charter and 2 owner trips

Qualifications needed: Ideally ship’s cook cert, though great candidates without this will be considered

Skills needed: Must be a versatile, high level chef, with plenty of experience cooking contemporary Mediterranean and Asian cuisine

Experience needed: 2 years+ on yachts, ideally including large S/Ys, with a restaurant background very advantageous

Details:

This prestigious sailing yacht is looking for a chef to cover their permanent chef, who has had to leave at short notice due to a family emergency, for a couple of months. With 10 crew and up to 10 guests onboard, the temporary chef should be a very experienced yacht chef who can hit the ground running.
