Yacht Manager, Palma

Hello Sailor are looking for a temporary yacht manager

Start date and location: June 1st, Palma de Mallorca

Contract runs from June 1st until the end of December, to cover paternity leave

Qualifications needed: Ideally OOW or higher, although candidates with excellent experience and no OOW will be considered. Must have full Spanish working rights.

Skills needed: Must be extremely organised, with excellent attention to detail, fluent English and strong digital proficiency, including advanced spreadsheet skills

Experience needed: Must have spent at least 2 years working at officer level or higher onboard 40m+ superyachts. Candidates with prior superyacht management experience will also be considered

This fast growing yacht management company is looking for a yacht manager to cover paternity leave from June - December in their brand new Palma office. This would suit an experienced officer or captain looking to try out a shorebased position, or an experienced yacht manager looking for a temporary position. Please note only candidates with full Spanish working rights, who are already based in Mallorca, can be considered for this position. There is a good package on offer for the right person. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a fun, dynamic team at an up and coming yachting company in the heart of the Palma yachting scene.
