Qualifications needed: Must have the PDSD and Food Hygiene Level 2 certifications, with further service or spa qualifications advantageous
Skills needed: Must be a very strong chief stewardess with excellent organisational, management and service skills. Massage/spa skills would be a bonus.
Experience needed: Minimum 5 years on yachts, including at least 2 years on 60m+ vessels. Sailing yacht experience would be advantageous, as would a background in luxury hospitality. Must have proven longevity in prior roles.
