Captain & Mate couple, 25m+ explorer M/S

Hello Sailor are looking for a captain and first mate couple

25m+ private explorer motorsailor

Rotational (probably 2 months on, 2 months off)

Start date and location: Mid August, in Fiji

Itinerary: Fiji, Tahiti, Chile, Ushaia, Antarctica

Qualifications needed: The captain must hold their YM Ocean, or have excellent sailing and captain experience, and the mate must have their YM Offshore

Skills needed: Must be strong sailors with excellent organisational, navigation, sailing and passagemaking skills. The captain should be a decent engineer

Experience needed: At least 5 years on yachts, including captain couple experience, plenty of ocean crossing experience, S/Y experience and ideally some remote itinerary knowledge

Details:

This private 25m+ motorsailor is looking for a capable and experienced rotational captain and mate to complete the crew of 4 (captain, mate, chef and stew) onboard. The incoming couple will do mostly deliveries and owner trip prep, with the current couple onboard for owner trips. This is an amazing opportunity to join a yacht with good longevity onboard and an incredible, truly off the beaten track itinerary on the cards.
