Hello Sailor are looking for a chef

35m high performance charter S/Y

Start date and location: Early-mid October, in Palma

Itinerary: Single season, cruising the Med in the summer with winters spent in Palma

Qualifications needed: Food Hygiene Level 2. Culinary training would be advantageous

Skills needed: Must be able to produce simple but delicious and healthy Mediterranean fare, and simple gluten free dishes. Sailing skills would be a real bonus

Experience needed: The ideal candidate will have sailing yacht experience and a restaurant background

Details:

This fantastic high performance S/Y is looking for a chef to join the crew of 6 at the end of the season. The ideal chef will have sailing yacht experience and be happy and able to assist on deck during sail hoists and drops. In terms of cookery, they should be a versatile, experienced yacht chef with experience catering for gluten free diets and a repertoire of healthy, Mediterranean style dishes.
