25m private performance S/Y

Seasonal, with the chance to go permanent for the right candidate

Start date and location: ASAP, in Palma de Mallorca

Itinerary: Single season, based in Palma

Qualifications needed: Any sailing and/or culinary certifications would be valued

Skills needed: Must be a versatile and quite high level chef, with a range of dishes and an emphasis on Mediterranean and Asian flavours. Some sailing knowledge is necessary.

Experience needed: Must have a couple of years yachting experience, including S/Ys, with a restaurant and/or sailing background advantageous

Details:

This well established Palma based sailing yacht is seeking an experienced, confident chef to join the crew of 3 for summer, and possibly permanently. The ideal candidate will be well used to cooking on an S/Y, and will ideally have some sailing skills. The owners are real foodies, so chefs with a wide repertoire and the ability to ‘wow’ the guests are preferred. This is a great opportunity to work with a friendly captain on a yacht that sees a lot of longevity from crew onboard, with a good package on offer for the right person.
