25m private performance S/Y

Seasonal, with the chance to go permanent for the right candidate

Start date and location: ASAP, in Palma de Mallorca

Itinerary: Single season, based in Palma

Qualifications needed: Minimum YM Offshore

Skills needed: Must be a strong sailor with good maintenance, tender driving and deck operations skills. The mate/stew must also be happy to look after the interior, so housekeeping and service skills are a must.

Experience needed: 1-2 seasons minimum on S/Ys. A hospitality, chalet host and/or sailing background would be advantageous.

Details:

This well established Palma based sailing yacht is seeking a mate/stew with strong sailing skills and some yachting experience to join the crew of 3 for the summer, and potentially permanently. Suitable candidates will be hard working and versatile, and happy working in a hybrid deck/interior role. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an experienced, friendly captain on a performance sailing yacht.
