Hello Sailor are looking for a chef

47m dual season private S/Y

Start date and location: In the next few weeks, in Italy

Itinerary: Caribbean winter, then possibly heading to the States before a summer spent in the UK, Ireland and the Med

Qualifications needed: Any culinary qualifications, and a B1/B2 visa, would be beneficial

Skills needed: Must be an excellent all-round sailing yacht chef, with great galley organisation, provisioning, crew cookery and high level guest cookery abilities

Experience needed: Minimum 4 years on yachts, including S/Ys. Chefs from a restaurant background are preferred

This prestigious, newly refitted sailing yacht is looking for a friendly, hard working chef to join the crew of 8. The ideal candidate will come from a restaurant background, and have sailing yacht experience. This is an amazing opportunity for a keen chef to work with a lovely team on a great large sailing yacht.
