Deck/Stew, 27m explorer S/Y

Hello Sailor are looking for a deck/stew

27m private explorer sailing yacht

Open to mate/eng and deck/stew, or deck/stew and chef/stew, couples

Start date and location: July 2026, in Chile

Itinerary: Cruising the Falklands, South Georgia, Antarctica and Patagonia for the next year or so

Qualifications needed: Powerboat Level 2, with any further deck/sailing qualifications advantageous

Skills needed: Must be a strong sailor with excellent tender driving and deck operations skills, as this role will involve at least 50% deck work. Housekeeping and service skills would also be advantageous.

Experience needed: Candidates from a sailing background, with at least 1 year working on 20m+ S/Ys, are preferred

This 27m explorer sailing yacht is looking for an experienced deck/stew to join the crew of 4. The deck/stew must be a strong sailor with good deck skills, and must also be willing to run the interior alongside the chef/stew. This is an amazing opportunity for an adventurous deck/stew to commit to a very busy, but rewarding, program. There is a good package, with generous leave allowance, on offer for the right person.
