Hello Sailor are looking for a first mate

Open to chef & mate couples

27m sailing yacht

Start date and location: ASAP, East Coast USA

Itinerary: East coast summer and Caribbean winter, then heading to the Med for summer 2027, with lots of regattas planned

Qualifications needed: Must have the YMOS and a B1/B2 visa or US passport/green card

Skills needed: Must be a strong sailor with great deck detailing skills, and a passion for racing

Experience needed: Minimum 2 years on deck on 18m+ S/Ys

Details:

This 1 year old 27m S/Y is looking for an experienced and keen mate, with a passion for sailing and racing, to join the crew of 4 (5 including the chaseboat driver). The ideal candidate will come from a sailing background and have racing and large S/Y experience. This is an amazing opportunity to work under an experienced captain, in an exciting program that will involve a lot of racing.
